Menixuz Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 15, 2026

About this policy

This policy explains how Menixuz IT Solutions (“Menixuz,” “we,” or “us”) handles personal information across its product portfolio and its public website at menixuz.com. Menixuz IT Solutions is the company behind a portfolio of AI products and automations, including Kraflio, AgentNeeji, Lead Lifecycle CRM, TheCrawler, and UnVague.

Menixuz is the data controller for the public Menixuz website, its contact and booking flows, and the public Lead Lifecycle CRM preview. Each product in the portfolio runs on its own surface and may publish its own product-specific terms or privacy notice; where a product has its own notice, that notice governs the detailed handling of data inside that product. This policy covers the umbrella and the menixuz.com website, and points you to each product where deeper, product-specific handling applies.

The Menixuz product portfolio

Menixuz presents the following products. Each serves a different purpose and may collect and process different information when you use it directly:

  • Kraflio- creator content. Turns inputs such as ideas, URLs, voice notes, images, and documents into reviewable, platform-ready drafts shaped around the creator’s voice. Hosted at kraflio.com. How Kraflio connects to social accounts and handles LinkedIn Page data is described in the Kraflio privacy notice at kraflio.com/privacy.
  • AgentNeeji - a private personal assistant surface for personal context, owned tasks, and individual workflows. Hosted at app.agentneeji.com.
  • Lead Lifecycle CRM - lead capture, qualification, approval, recovery, and owner reporting, with a public review-only preview on this website at /lead-lifecycle.
  • TheCrawler - web intelligence. Turns public web pages into cleaner research, validation, audit, monitoring, and LLM-ready output. Hosted at miaibot.ai.
  • UnVague - requirements clarity. Detects, scores, and rewrites ambiguous tickets, PRDs, and specs. Hosted at leadiconic.com.

When you use a product on its own domain, that product’s own terms and privacy notice (where published) describe the specific data it collects and how it is processed. Contact us if you cannot find a product-specific notice.

Who operates this site

Menixuz IT Solutions operates the public website, the contact and booking flows, and the Lead Lifecycle CRM preview and review request flow. Menixuz decides how information submitted through the website and the preview is used. Questions about your information can be sent to team@menixuz.com.

What we collect

Contact and booking. When you use the contact form or booking link on this website, we collect the details you submit - typically your name, email, business name (optional), the topic you select, and your message - so we can respond and, if you ask, schedule a call.

Lead Lifecycle CRM sandbox. The business route, selected lead pains, anonymized example, value, deadline, owner, domain fields, and CRM audit trail stay in versioned browser-session storage so the mapper and review can show the same local workspace. This sandbox data is not submitted to Menixuz by the preview actions.

Optional CRM mapping request. If request delivery is enabled and you choose to submit the form after seeing the CRM, we collect your business name, contact name, email or phone, consent, and the selected domain, market, scenario, lifecycle stage, and pain identifiers. The anonymized lead example, lead value, deadline, custom-business description, owner, audit trail, workspace identifier, and customer records are not included in that request. Those sandbox details remain in the browser session.

The public preview does not ask for payment details, passwords, private CRM credentials, or customer contact lists.

Website usage. The website uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic and usage. This is designed to be privacy-friendly and does not require advertising cookies. See “Cookies and analytics” below.

Inside the products. Each product (Kraflio, AgentNeeji, TheCrawler, UnVague) collects the information needed to provide that product when you use it directly - typically the inputs and content you give it, an account where one is required, and, for paid plans, billing details handled by our payment providers. The specific data each product collects is described in that product’s own notice where published; contact us if you need details for a specific product.

How we use it

We use the details you submit to respond to you, review the problem or request you describe, prepare a relevant response or recommendation, improve the website and preview experience, keep a record of the request, and protect the website from abuse.

We do not sell the information you submit. We do not use the public website or the public Lead CRM preview to send customer-facing messages, place calls, write to a customer CRM, or trigger a public post.

Review-only boundary (Lead Lifecycle CRM preview)

Submitting a Lead CRM review request does not approve any live outreach, WhatsApp send, email campaign, social DM, public post, or voice call. Those actions require separate review and approval.

The public Lead CRM preview is review-only. It can show a proposed lead lifecycle, owner review queue, and owner summary, but it does not execute customer-facing actions from the website.

Browser-session sandbox and production storage

The Lead Lifecycle CRM workspace uses versioned session storage in your browser so the mapper and review can reopen the same local board. Clearing the demo or ending the browser session removes that local workspace; it is not a production CRM or shared review queue.

A contact request is not queued locally. It is available only when the approved delivery provider is explicitly enabled and confirms delivery; otherwise the form stays unavailable and the existing scoping-call link remains the presentation path.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers (“processors” and “sub-processors”) that help us run our products and website and respond to you, and only for those purposes, or where we are required to share it by law.

If Lead CRM mapping-request delivery is explicitly enabled, the website sends the submitted contact details and safe CRM selections to the approved delivery provider so Menixuz can respond. If delivery is disabled or unconfigured, the form is unavailable: no request is accepted, stored, or reported as successful, and the existing scoping-call link remains available. CRM preview actions remain browser-local and never contact a lead or write to a customer system.

Third-party processors and sub-processors

We use established service providers to deliver our products and website. The providers below are grouped by the role they play, and where a provider is used by only one product, that scope is noted. This list may be updated over time as our products and providers change.

  • Hosting, CDN, and edge - Vercel (which also provides Vercel Web Analytics, a cookieless analytics service) and Cloudflare.
  • Database, authentication, and storage - Supabase (PostgreSQL), for account data and product records where a product stores them.
  • AI model providers - OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google (Gemini), which power the AI features in our products. When a feature processes your input with AI, that input may be sent to one of these providers to generate the result.
  • Web-data collection (TheCrawler) - Apify, used by TheCrawler to collect and process public web pages.
  • Payments - Razorpay and PayPal, used to process payments where a product is paid. Card and payment details are handled by these payment providers and are not stored by Menixuz.
  • Contact and CRM mapping forms - Web3Forms, which delivers contact-form submissions and, when explicitly enabled, the contact details and safe CRM selections from a mapping request.
  • Scheduling and booking - Google Calendar, used when you choose to book a call, including from AgentNeeji.
  • Transactional messaging and email - standard email providers for transactional and follow-up email, and Telegram for opt-in bot notifications where a product offers them.

Each provider processes information only for the role described and under our instructions. Products that run on their own domains may describe additional, product-specific providers in their own notices where published.

International data transfers

Menixuz is based in India and uses service providers that operate in the United States and other locations globally. As a result, your personal information may be processed and stored outside your own country or region, including outside the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom.

Where these transfers are subject to data protection law, we rely on appropriate safeguards - for example, Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent transfer mechanisms - so that your information continues to be protected when it is handled in another region.

Region handling

India, USA, and Europe/UK routes may ask different questions because lead handling differs by market. India routes keep WhatsApp, phone, owner follow-up, and lead source visible. USA routes keep email, LinkedIn, calendar, website form, CRM context, and owner approval visible. Europe/UK previews keep lead source, consent or follow-up status, owner approval, and CRM audit visibility close to the lead record.

Retention and security

Menixuz keeps personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for - providing the product or service, responding to you, follow-up, record keeping, security, and legitimate business administration - and as required by applicable law. In general, account and product data is retained for the duration of the account plus a limited period afterward as needed for legal, accounting, and security reasons, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Website contact and Lead CRM preview records are kept only as long as needed to handle and follow up on the request.

Basic safeguards include limiting access, keeping public previews review-only, avoiding credential collection in the Lead CRM app, and keeping customer-facing actions behind separate approval.

Cookies and analytics

The Menixuz website uses Vercel Web Analytics to measure aggregate traffic and usage. Vercel Web Analytics is cookieless and does not use cookies for cross-site advertising. The website does not run advertising or third-party marketing trackers.

Your choices and rights

You can ask Menixuz to review, correct, or delete information you submitted by contacting team@menixuz.com.

Depending on your location, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, object to, or limit the use of your personal information. Menixuz will handle requests according to applicable law and the information available in the submitted request.
